A full interior renovation delivered while the owners stayed in the house, phased so they always had a working kitchen and bath.

The owners could not move out. That constraint set the entire sequence: we finished the guest wing first so it could serve as a working apartment, then took the main house in two halves.
Living through a renovation is unpleasant no matter how well it is run. Phasing it properly is the difference between unpleasant and unbearable.
