Most remodeling in the Carolinas is split in two. An architect or designer producesdrawings, hands them over, and a contractor prices them. When the price comes back too high, or the detail cannot be built, nobody owns the problem.

We do both. The person who draws your kitchen is accountable for what it costs to build it, which changes what gets drawn in the first place.

We are deliberately small. The same project leads run every job, we take on a limited number at a time, and we would rather tell you we are booked than staff a project with people we have not worked with.
